Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the product.
To be able to return a product, it must be in the same condition you received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

twolinescaparica@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the product. Items sent back without a return being requested will not be accepted.
Damages and defects
As soon as you receive your order, check the product and if it is faulty, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exceptions/non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted products or gift cards.
Reimbursement
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product, whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the payment method used. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
